摘  要:以对叔丁基苯酚为原料合成杯[6]芳烃,再以杯[6]芳烃为母体,通过化学修饰合成得到杯[6]芳烃羟肟衍生物,采用IR对其结构性能进行了表征,并考察了溶液初始p H值、萃取时间、温度等因素对杯[6]芳烃羟肟衍生物萃取重金属离子(Pb2+、Ni2+、Cu2+、Mn2+)性能的影响。结果表明,在25℃、p H=5.0、萃取时间为20 min的条件下,杯[6]芳烃羟肟衍生物对各重金属离子的萃取率均达到88%以上,最高萃取率达到96.3%。与杯[6]芳烃相比,杯[6]芳烃羟肟衍生物对重金属离子的萃取率提高了50%以上。This paper is aimed at exploring the selective extraction of heavy metal ions by the calix[6]arene hydroxamic derivatives. To achieve the purpose,we have first of all used paratertbutyl phenol for synthesizing the calix[6]arene with a single step method. And,then,we have tried to use the calix[6]arene to prepare the calyx[6]arene hydroxamic derivatives with the twostep method. Based on the results of our synthesis,we have managed to analyze the compounds we have worked out and determined their characteristic features via the infrared spectroscopy.As a further step,we have made an investigation of the effects of the dosage of the catalyst( KOH) and the reflux temperature on the fractional conversion in the synthesis process of the said calix[6]arene. And,finally,we have managed to successfully extract the heavy metal ions( Pb2 +,Ni2 +,Cu2 +,Mn2 +) from the simulated sewage calix[6]arene hydroxamic derivatives,while pursuing the kinetic behaviors of the extraction process for the aforementioned ions. At the same time,we have also made a detailed investigation of the effects of the p H value,temperature and contact time on the extraction process. As a result,we have made out that,using 15 g paratert-butyl phenol for preparing calix[6]arene under the condition of catalyst( KOH) 3. 8 g and reflux temperature 140 ℃,the maximum fractional conversion can be expected to reach 76%. In addition,we have found it is proper to describe the process of extraction of heavy metal ions by calix[6]arene hydroxamic derivatives in terms of equations of pseudo-second-order. Besides,the uptake of the heavy metal ions by calix[6]arene hydroxamic derivatives has been found significantly increasing with the increase of p H value in the range of 2. 0- 5. 0.At last,we have also determined that,the optimal condition can help to help the maximum extraction capacity of calix[6]arene hydroxamic derivatives for heavy metal ions can be made to reach96. 3%,that is to say,when the p H value stay from 2. 0- 6. 0,the extraction t
