摘 要:为了解滇东南岩溶区土壤有效态微量元素丰度特征及其影响因素,采用对角线取样法对研究区土壤进行采样并进行了测试分析。结果表明,不同地层土壤有效硼质量比由小到大为奥陶系、泥盆系、寒武系,有效铜质量比由小到大为寒武系、奥陶系、泥盆系,有效锌和有效铁质量比由小到大为寒武系、泥盆系、奥陶系。p H值、有机质是影响土壤有效态微量元素的重要因素,有效硼、有效铜、有效锌质量比与p H值呈正相关,有效铁质量比与p H值呈负相关;有效硼、有效铜质量比与有机质质量比呈极显著正相关(p<0.01),有效锌质量比与有机质质量比呈显著正相关(p<0.01),而有效铁质量比与有机质质量比相关性不明显。根据中科院微量元素组制定的标准,不同地层土壤有效硼、有效锌质量比级别为极低或低,有效铜质量比级别为中,有效铁质量比为高或极高。This paper attempts to make a study of the characteristic features of the available trace element abundance in the soils in southeast Yunnan and their influential factors by means of collecting and exploring the soil samples and analysis of the trace elements in the karst areas of the said region. In our work,we have measured the content of the available trace elements with ICP-OES methods. The results of our investigative research show that the soil enjoys characteristic features with the available trace elements in different strata,which can be stated in a descending order as follows: for the available boron,Cambrian Devonian Ordovician,whereas with the content of the available copper,Devonian Ordovician Cambrian,as to the content of the available zinc and the available ferrum,Ordovician Devonian Cambrian. At the same time,it indicates that Cambrian stratum contains1. 13 times available boron as much as that in Ordovician stratum,whereas Ordovician stratum contains 1. 90 times available zinc as much as that in Cambrian stratum. As to the Ordovician stratum,it contains 1. 37 times available ferrum as much as that in Cambrian one. In addition,p H value and the organic components are also the important influential factors in influencing the available trace element contents in the soil and p H value is moderately positively correlated with the available boron,copper,zinc contents,with the relevant coefficients of 0. 44,0. 38 and 0. 36.On the other hand,the available ferrum and p H value are also moderately negatively correlated with the coefficient of- 0. 41. In addition,there exists an extremely obvious correlation of the organic matter content with the available boron and copper contents,which stand with the relative coefficients of 0. 88 and0. 67. At the same time,a positive correlation has also been found in the available zinc content and the organic matter content,whose correlation coefficient is 0. 48.
