摘 要:在LTE网络大规模部署的现阶段,4G用户规模和业务量持续攀高,4G手机渗透率迅速提升,而语音业务作为运营商重要的收入来源,其重要性不言而喻。针对LTE的语音终极实现方案VoLTE(Voice over LTE),研究了实现VoLTE的关键技术,分析了影响语音质量的多种因素,提出了一种基于E-model的VoLTE语音性能评估方法,在LTE网络率先部署的密集城区场景中,基于不同网络配置和并发用户数,对VoLTE业务性能进行仿真,并采用E模型进行语音质量分析,最终实现对VoLTE的语音性能评估。At present, LTE networks are deploying on a large scale, 4G subscribers and traffic climbing continuously and the penetration rate of mobile phone for 4G increasing rapidly. As an important income of the operator, the importance of voice services is self-evident. For the ultimate program of LTE voice services ( VoLTE), the key technologies are researched, a variety of factors that affect voice quality is analyzed, and a method that based on the E-Model to evaluate the voice performance of VoLTE is proposed. For dense urban scene that pioneered to deploy LTE network, the VoLTE performance is simulated based on different network configuration and different number of concurrent users, E-Model is used to analysis voice quality, and the evaluation of. VoLTE voice performance is completed ultimately.
