新混凝土生产吊运工艺在大岗山水电站施工中的应用

摘  要:大岗山水电站采用混凝土双曲拱坝挡水,设计混凝土浇筑方量约为320万m3。混凝土生产系统选用4个4.5 m3拌和楼,混凝土垂直运输系统采用4台30 t平移式缆机。由于混凝土浇筑量大、工期要求紧,在保证施工质量及施工安全的前提下,采用提升拌和楼单盘拌制能力,同时降低缆机吊罐自重的方式,以达到提高缆机单罐混凝土吊运能力的目的。通过近三年的实践证明该系统运行良好,创造了较大的工程效益和经济效益。The water-retaining structure of Dagangshan Hydropower Station is a hyperbolic concrete arch dam with concrete pouring volume of 3.2 million m3. The concrete is produced by four mixing plants with a unit capacity of 4.5 m3 and transported vertically by 4 cable cranes with a unit capacity of 30 t. On the premise of ensuring construction quality and safety, the objective of increasing lifting capability is achieved by increasing the volume of single concrete mixing process and reducing the weight of concrete bucket of cable cranes to meet the requirements on concrete pouring volume and schedule. Around three years' application shows that the operation of modified system is good and it also create considerable economic benefits.
