摘　　要：绞缆机的刹车力大小是考核绞缆机的关键性能指标.基于某绞缆机的刹车原理,用有限元软件对绞缆机的刹车结构进行计算,找出了刹车带曲线设计存在的问题,并依据结构计算结果重新设计了刹车带曲线.实际运行检验结果表明,改进后的刹车系统工作良好.Braking force is a key performance indicator to assess winch.Based on the brake principle of some winch,brake structure was calculated by finite element software.The design problem of shape curve was found out and it was redesigned based on the calculation results.The actual operation result shows that improved brake system can work well.
