摘  要:为提高士官教学质量,根据战斗力标准,运用教育服务观,提出了基于服务战斗力建设理念的士官教学评价.该评价以提高装备作战效能和作战行动效能作为主要教学评价内容,将士官学员"学"的评价和士官教员"教"的评价结合,加大毕业学员工作实践在教学评价中的比重,形成了以评促教、以评促学、以评促战的良性士官教学评价策略.To enhance the sergeant teaching quality, on the basis of the standard of operational effectiveness,this article puts forward the sergeant teaching's evaluation based on the idea of construction of serving the operational effectiveness by applying to the service view of education. In this teaching evaluation, to improve the combat capacity of equipment and operational effectiveness is taken as contents, the evaluations of sergeants' learning and teachers' teaching are integrated effectively, and the proportion of graduated cadets' working practice is increased in teaching evaluation, which forms some good strategies of sergeants' teaching evaluation,such as taking the evaluations to promote the teaching, to facilitate the learning and to improve the coming combat.
