摘 要:为了提高学员组织指挥作战、训练与装备保障的综合能力,按照案例教学理论的普遍性要求,结合雷达装备课程的特点,提出了以课堂研讨为中心的"三阶段两表两报告"案例教学方法,细化了该案例教学方法的组织实施流程,并进行了教学实践.教学效果表明,在任职期班雷达装备课程中引入案例教学,能激发学员学习的兴趣和主动性,提高学员的装备作战运用能力.To improve the cadets' comprehensive capabilities of organizing the command and combating,training and equipment support, this article puts forward a case teaching method of‘three stages, two tables and two reports' centralized on class studying and discussing, according to the general requirements of case teaching theory and by combining the feature of radar equipment course. It also refines the organizing and implementing flow of the case teaching method, and carries out teaching practice. Teaching effects indicate that introducing the case teaching method to the radar equipment course for holding a post period of class can motivate the interests and initiatives of cadets' learning, and improve their capabilities of operation and application of equipment.
