摘　　要：目的为了解利比里亚籍（简称利方）护理人员埃博拉出血热 （Ebola hemorrhagic fever, EHF）相关知识水平和对患者护理伦理态度，以及两者的相关程度。方法便利抽样法选择2015年2—3月，在中国驻利比里亚首都蒙罗维亚的埃博拉出血热诊疗中心（Ebola Treatment Center，ETC）工作的57名利方护理人员为研究对象，自行设计涵盖一般情况、工作目的、培训途径及EHF相关知识及态度等内容的英文调查问卷，共计31项问题。采用描述性分析方法对数据进行分析，并采用Pearson相关分析利方护理人员对EHF知识掌握水平与态度的相关性。结果在中国医疗队的帮助下，利方护理人员对EHF相关知识掌握水平较高，平均得分为（14．2±2．6）分（总分为18分），正确率为78．9％。利方护理人员对于EHF患者护理的伦理态度较为积极；其掌握EHF相关知识水平与态度呈显著正相关。结论利方护理人员是医护团队中不可或缺的力量，护理管理者通过培训等措施提高利方护理人员对疾病认知水平的同时，可改善其对患者救治的态度，有利于提升EHF患者的整体康复效果。Objective To understand the knowledge level of Ebola hemorrhagic fever（EHF）,ethnical atti- tude toward nursing practice of Liberia nursing staffs,and the correlation between the knowledge and atti- tude.Methods By convenience sampling, 57 Liberia nurses were selected and investigated by using self- designedquestionnaire to collect nurses＇ demographic characteristics, working intention, training program, as well as attitude and knowledge levels on EHF,which has 31 questions.The descriptive analysis was used to analyze the data, and correlation between knowledge and attitude scores was tested by Pearson＇s correla- tion coefficient.Results With the help from Chinese medical team,the Liberia nurses had a high level of EHF knowledge,and the average score was 14.2±2.6 （full score is 18）,and the average correct rate was 78.9%.Nursing staff＇s ethnic attitude toward caring EHF patients was relatively positive.The knowledge level was positively correlated to ethnic attitude.Conclusion Liberian nursing staff is an important work- force of our medical team.Our nursing managers should take responsibility to help them improve their un- derstanding of EHF to improve their ethnic attitude toward caring EHF patients through training pro- gram,which will improve the effectiveness of EHF patients＇ rehabilitation.
