摘 要:目的探讨节点管理在急诊手术管理中的效果。方法便利抽样法选取2013年1-6月在解放军第180医院实行急诊手术的患者600例为研究对象,按手术日期的先后将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各300例。对照组患者采用一般管理方法,观察组患者进行时间节点管理,制定具体节点管理实施方案,比较两组患者手术等待时间及患者的满意率。结果观察组与对照组相比较,患者手术等待时间缩短,患者满意度提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过节点管理,可提高工作效率,缩短急诊手术患者等待手术时间,提高患者满意度。Objective To discuss the effect of node management in emergency operation management. Methods By convenience sampling, 600 patients were randomly selected and equally divided into control group and observation group.General management method was adopted in the control group, and the time node management was adopted in the observation group with specific implementation plans. The waiting time before the operation and patient's satisfaction rate of two groups of patients were compared.Results The patients' waiting time were shorter and there was higher patients'satisfaction rate in observation group than control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion The work efficiency can be improved through the node management,and shorten the patients' waiting time before operation,and also improve patients' satisfaction rate.
