摘　　要：对某大型磨盘体的现场静平衡试验过程进行分析研究,计算不平衡量,确定配重方案。实践表明,该试验方案保证了产品的工作要求,为同类大型回转体的静平衡试验及配重方法积累了宝贵经验。Present the study of static balance test process of a large grinding plate - part, calculate the amount of unbalance and how to counterweight. Practice dictates that this experimental scheme is scientific and rea- sonable. It not only provides effective guarantee for product quality and production cycles, but also accu- mulates valuable experiences for the balancing test and counterweight on the same kind of large rotary parts.
