摘 要:为了获得高质量、高精度的直锥齿轮精密锻件,对具有双螺旋面齿形的直锥齿轮冷摆辗成形工艺进行了Deform-3D数值模拟分析和工艺试验研究。首先借助于Deform-3D有限元模拟分析软件对直锥齿轮冷摆辗成形过程进行数值模拟,分析其齿形的充填规律,获得在冷摆辗成形过程中齿轮内部的应力、应变分布规律;并在此基础上,制定了合理的冷摆辗成形工艺过程,确定了合适的坯料形状尺寸以及成形工艺参数。工艺试验结果表明,采用该冷摆辗成形工艺得到了齿面表面质量高、齿形精度高、加工余量小、无裂纹和折叠、充填饱满的高质量双螺旋齿面直锥齿轮锻件。In order to obtain the precision forgings of straight bevel gear with double - spiral - tooth, the numerical simulation and the experiment of the cold rotary forging process is researched for the straight bevel gear with double - spiral - tooth in this paper. The numerical simulation analysis for the cold rotary forging process is developed using Deform -5D finite element software, the filling rules of gear tooth is deter- mined, the changing rules of effective stress field and effective strain field are obtained. Based on these, the rational procedure in cold rotary forging is worked out, the suitable dimensions of blank and the cold rotary forging parameters are determined. The result of experiment shows that the forgings with high sur- face quality, high dimensional precision of tooth, less machining allowance, no crack and fold is obtained by cold rotary forging process.
