摘　　要：血栓性血小板减少性紫癜是一种罕见的血栓性微血管病。其典型的临床表现为：血小板减少、神经精神症状、微血管病性溶血性贫血、急性肾衰竭和发热。近年来随着对其发病机制的深入研究，其疗法也有了日新月异的进步，预后大为改善。本文拟就血栓性血小板减少性紫癜的诊断和治疗的最新进展作一综述。Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura（TTP） is a rare microangiopathy of thrombotic diseases. The typical clinical features of TTP include thrombocytopenia, neurologic abnormalities, microangiopathic hemolytic anemia, acute renal failure, and fever. Recently, with the further study of the etiology mechanism of TTP, great progress was made in its therapeutic methods and its prognosis greatly improved. The aim of this review was to summarize the recent research findings in the diagnosis and treatment of TTP.
