政府责任视域下促进青年创业的对策建议——以河北省保定市为例

摘　　要：全民创业是当前我国社会发展的大趋势,加强政府在推进青年创业中的主导作用,加大青年创业扶持力度,进一步完善现有全民创业政策,以构建功能强大的全民创业政策体系。本文通过分析当前制约青年创业发展的一些政策问题,从创造良好的青年创业外部环境和完善政府支持青年创业服务政策等两个方面提出了针对性的对策,从而推动无青年创业更好发展,切实解决好社会就业问题,维护社会和谐稳定。Nation-wide Entrepreneurship is the current trend of social development, fully exert central government＇s leading role in pushing forward youth entrepreneurship, further improve existed regulations and legislations to create a powerful nation-wide entrepreneurship policy system; take advantage of the above system to promote enterprise pioneers change employment concepts. In order to have a comprehensive and rational knowledge of youth entrepreneurship, this paper sorts out related entrepreneurship support policies. In this paper, analysis on some bottlenecks which constraint for youth entrepreneurship development. Based on the analysis of the youth entrepreneurship policy deficiencies, some suggestions proposed from perspectives of creating healthy external environment and perfecting service mechanism of government to incre.ase employment opportunities and in building a harmonious society.
