摘　　要：对系统原理、改造方案的设计与主要参数及系统的主要功能进行了详细的介绍。通过对浮法玻璃锡槽监控系统的优化改造,减少玻璃生产拉边机脱边、沾锡、摆板、满槽、断板等生产事故,进而实现锡槽自动化管理。In this paper a transformation plan of automation monitoring system for tin bath, was described. The principle, reform scheme design, main design parameters and main functions of the system were introduced in details. The transformed monitoring system can avoid a series of accidents, such as edgedeviation of edge roller, tin-picking, sway of sheet, full bath and sheet broken,and can realize automatic management of tin bath.
