摘  要:试验于2014年7月末至8月初,基于土壤样线调查法,研究割草与放牧利用对大针茅+羊草(Stipa grandis+Leymus chinensis)草地土壤养分状况的影响,测定的指标有土壤全碳、全氮、速效氮、磷、钾含量与pH值等,目的是比较草地不同利用方式对土壤养分状况的影响,为草地合理利用提供参考资料。结果表明:在0-5cm土层里割草场的有机质含量显著高于放牧场(P<0.05);土壤全氮和全碳在0-30cm各土层中含量在两种利用方式草地中无明显的差距,而有效氮在0-5cm土层,放牧场的含量显著高于割草场(P<0.05),高出10.27mg/kg;在0-5cm与5-10cm土层中,放牧场的速效钾含量显著高于割草场(P<0.05),但有效磷含量在两种利用方式下无显著性差异(P>0.05)。在20-30cm土层中的pH值,放牧场的显著高于割草场的pH值(P<0.05)。This study is based on the soil samples gathered during a field trip that occurred in late July to early August of 2014.The Stipagrandis +Leymus chinensis plant community was selected to examine the impact of mowing and grazing on soil nutrient contents such as soil total carbon,total nitrogen,organic matter,available nitrogen,phosphorous and potassium with the line transect method in order to understand the influence of two different using ways and to get basic data on grassland use.The results showed that the soil organic matter in 0-5cm layer of soil under these two different uses were significantly different( P〈0.05),whereas the soil total carbon and the total nitrogen between 0-30 cm layers showed no difference( P〈0.05).In the 0-5cm layer of the soil,the content of available nitrogen in grazing area was higher than that in mowing area,which was higher around 10.27mg/kg.The available potassium in the 0-10 cm soil layer was significantly different under two using ways( P〈0.05).However,the available phosphorous had no difference with the two kinds of use of the grasslands.In the 20-30 cm layer of the soil,the pH in the grazing area was significantly higher than in the mowing area( P〈0.05).
