摘　　要：废混合塑料自动识别分选机组由低速给料带式输送机、识别带式输送机、识别喷吹系统、遮风罩、机架、分类集料仓和排料带式输送机构成。利用近红外识别或图像识别技术,对经横向、纵向分散后的待选废混合塑料在带式输送机上进行在线识别,根据识别结果控制分选喷吹装置,将具有同样识别特征的废塑料喷吹分选至分类收集料仓,实现废混合塑料的识别分选。The automatic identifying and sorting unit for mixed waste plastics is composed of the low-speed belt feeder,the identifying belt conveyer,the identifying blowing system,the wind cover,the rack,the sorting stock bin,and the discharge belt conveyer. The near-infrared identification or image recognition technology is used for on-line identification of the waste plastics to be selected after horizontal and longitudinal dispersion. According to the identification results,the sorting blowing device is controlled to blow and sort out the waste plastics as per the same identification feature to separate silos,hence to realize the identification and selection of mixed plastics.
