摘 要:锂在工业中得到了广泛应用,锂暴露人群的职业健康问题已经引起了关注。本文根据锂在人体内的吸收、分布和代谢特点及血锂、尿锂及红细胞锂正常参考值范围分布情况,分析了血锂、尿锂及红细胞锂作为锂接触工人职业健康风险评价的生物检测指标的优劣性,探讨三者作为锂接触工人生物检测指标的可行性。Lithium is widely used in industry,the health problem of lithium exposed workers has caused more and more attention.Based on the features of absorption,distribution and metabolism of lithium in human body and the normal distribution ranges of lithium in blood,urine,and red cell,the advantages and disadvantages of blood lithium,urine lithium,and red cell lithium as biological indicators for occupational risk assessment was analyzed in this paper,furthermore,the exploration on the feasibility as biological detection index for occupational lithium exposure among these measurement of lithium levels mentioned above was also disscussed.
