摘　　要：在我国城镇化高速发展进程中,传统城镇化给村镇带来的人居环境问题日益显现,并极大影响到村镇人居环境的可持续发展。文章基于新型城镇化背景,提出通过对村镇人居环境问题的剖析,探讨村镇人居环境的发展需求及内涵,结合江苏省海门市海永乡的村镇规划建设探索村镇宜居社区建设的新途径。提出了基于新型城镇化的村镇宜居社区建设规划的方法思路,以期为村镇社区建设以及我国更广大地域的村镇地区建设发展提供借鉴参考。In the rapid development of urbanization process in China, the problem that traditional urbanization brought to the living environment of villages is becoming increasingly apparent, and press a great threat to the village living environment and sustainable development. Based on the background of the new urbanization, this article proposed by the analysis of village living environment issues, and to explore the development of village living environment requirements and content, combined with town planning of Haimen, Jiangsu Province to explore new ways of building rural livable communities. Rural livable community development planning methods and ideas based on the new urbanization are proposed, in order to provide a reference for the rural living environment and human settlements construction and development of a wider rural areas in China.
