摘  要:为解决安庆铜矿马头山矿体开采过程中遇到的围岩垮塌崩落、施工困难、胶结充填困难等问题,进行不稳固厚大矿体的安全高效回采研究。首先对马头山地质情况进行分析,然后结合17#、21#采场开采实践,分析产生问题的原因,最后提出两步骤回采过程优化方案,对回采方案、结构参数、爆破参数以及工艺进行优化。回采结果表明,此方案能适应马头山矿体的复杂条件,保证矿山持续稳定开采,其矿石回采率达93%以上,矿石贫化率低于5%。To solve the problems existed during the mining in Matoushan ore, such as collapse of surrounding rock, difficulties in construction, and troubles in backfill, a study on safe and high-efficient mining of unstable thick orebody was carried out. Firstly, the geological condition was analyzed. Secondly, combined with actual situation of 17n and 21n mining, causes of the problems were analyzed. At last, fractional steps solution scheme was proposed, and stoping scheme, structure parameters, blasting parameters and process were optimized. The results proved that the solution was feasible to the complex orebody in Matoushan, where stable and persistent production was ensured, with ore recovery ratio more than 93% and ore dilution rate less than 5%.
