摘  要:某钨矿山410m中段西南区独立矿体的围岩风化破碎严重,为了安全回采该独立矿体,提出了采准巷道锚注加固的单进路无底柱分段崩落法开采方案,对采准巷道进行了锚注参数设计,锚注设计方案的数值模拟结果表明,锚注支护可有效控制围岩位移量、减小塑性区,研究结果对风化破碎围岩条件下独立矿体开采具有一定的指导价值。通过现场实施,采用单进路无底柱分段崩落法成功回采了此独立矿体,并有效控制了矿石贫化率和损失率。In the southwest of a tungsten mine, the surrounding rock at 410 m sublevel of an independent orebody was broken and weathered seriously. In order to stope the independent orebody safely, single route and non-pillar sublevel caving with bolt-grouting support in preparatory workings was proposed. Bolting and grouting reinforcement parameters were designed. And numerical simulation results indicated that bolting and grouting could control the displacement of surrounding rock effectively and reduce plastic zone, which was of certain guiding value to stope the independent orebody with broken and weathered surrounding rock. In practical implementation, the orebody was successfully mined by single route and non-pillar sublevel caving with satisfactory dilution rate and loss rate.
