摘 要:以千家坪钒矿水平扇形深孔阶段矿房法回采中深孔爆破为研究对象,针对该矿岩呈薄层状结构、节理裂隙发育的特点,在爆破漏斗试验的基础上,进行中深孔爆破参数的优化研究,获取最适合该矿岩特性的爆破参数,孔排距3.0m,孔底距约3.6m,炮孔临近系数为1.2左右,孔间延时50ms孔底起爆,取得细粒级碎块提高6.8个百分点,大块率降低5.4个百分点的良好效果。Mediumlength hole blasting in horizontal-scallopdeep hole sector stage during stope mining in Qianjiaping Mine was taken as a research object. According to the characteristic of thin layers and joint fissure development in this mine, the parameter optimization was put forward based on the test of blasting crater. The optimal blasting parameters were obtained as follows, the array pitch of holes of 3.0 m, the hole-bottom spacing of about 3.6 m, the blast hole approaching coefficient of around 1.2, and hole-bottom initiation with 50 ms inter-hole delay. Good results were achieved that the fine fraction increased by 6.8 percent,0and the boulder yield reduced by 5.4 percent.
