摘　　要：对矿产资源开发进行生态补偿,是实现资源可持续开发利用的重要手段。运用博弈理论对矿产资源开发的生态补偿及其各利益主体之间关系进行分析。首先,通过建立中央政府与地方政府、地方政府与企业、企业与居民之间的博弈模型,得出各自的博弈均衡,并提出了协调平衡生态补偿各方利益的对策与建议。For the purpose of the sustainable development and utilization of resources, eco-compensation for mineral resources exploitation is a significant means. Based on the game theroy, the eco-compensation for mineral resources exploitation and the relationships of various stakeholders were analyzed. Firstly, by means of establishing the game models between the central and local government, local government and enterprises, as well as enterprises and residents, the respective game equilibrium was obtained. Then some countermeasures and suggestions for balancing the interests of various stakeholders were proposed.
