摘　　要：【目的】研究"十三五"广西现代农业的发展思路,为制定"十三五"广西现代农业发展规划提供决策参考。【方法】通过系统分析"十二五"广西现代农业发展取得成效、基本经验、面临的问题与挑战,提出"十三五"广西现代农业发展的思路、主要任务、战略重点。【结果】"十二五"广西农业农村经济稳定发展、农业基础保障能力全面提高、农业科技进步和创新成效显著、农业农村生态环境明显改善。"十三五"广西现代农业面临保安全和保供给的压力加大、农业生产比较效益较低、农民素质普遍偏低、农产品加工与物流体系不健全、农业科技进步缓慢、农村经济体制不完善等挑战。【建议】着力完善现代农业产业体系、农业科技支撑体系、农产品质量安全保障体系,着力构建现代农业物质装备体系、现代农业种业体系、新型农业经营体系,加强农业资源生态环境保护,加快推进农业农村信息化建设、现代农业核心示范区建设、33万ha糖料蔗双高基地建设,实施现代特色农业产业品种、品质、品牌"10+3"提升行动,实施一批农业重大工程,深化农村经济体制改革,加强农业对外开放合作,以促进广西现代农业健康可持续发展。[Objective ]The present study was conducted to investigate the development strategies of Guangxi modem agriculture in order to provide decision references for Guangxi modem agricultural development during the 13th Five-year Plan. [Method]By analyzing main achievements, basic experiences, problems and challenges of Guangxi modem agricul- ture during 12~ Five-year Plan, the development strategy, main task and strategic emphasis during 13~ Five-year Plan were put forward. [Result]During 12~＂ Five-year Plan, Guangxi agricultural and rural economy developed stably, the sup- port capability of agriculture foundation got all-round improvement, agricultural science and technology innovation gained remarkable achievements, and agricultural and rural ecological environment improved significantly. While some challenges for Guangxi modem agriculture during 13th Five-year Plan were still existed, including increasing pressure of safe and suf- ficient food, low comparative benefit of agricultural production, low quality of farmers, imperfect agricultural products processing and logistics system, slow advance in agricultural science and technology, faultiness rural economic system, etc. [Suggestion]In order to accelerate the healthy and sustainable development of Guangxi modern agriculture, some sug- gestions have been put forward, which included perfecting some systems related to modern industry, science and technol- ogy support, and product quality safety guarantee, meanwhile establishing some systems related to material and equipment, seed industry and new-type management, strengthening agricultural resource and ecological environmental protection, promoting construction of agricultural and rural informzatizaiton, modem agriculture core demonstration area, and high- yield and -sugar sugarcane base, upgrading variety, quality and brand of modem characteristic agricultures, implement- ing a group of major agricultural projects, and deepening rural economic system reformation and opening-up cooperation.
