摘 要:以金川铜冶炼厂铜尾渣及热电厂的脱硫灰作为胶凝材料激发剂,以棒磨砂为骨料,在1∶4胶砂比和78%的重量浓度条件下,进行了铜尾砂新型充填胶凝材料配比的正交实验研究。通过测定试件的3,7,28d单轴抗压强度,主要研究了铜尾渣、脱硫灰及早强剂的活性及对抗压强度的影响。结果显示:金川的铜渣粉是一种惰性固体废弃物,不具有潜在活性,可以作为一种充填料加以应用;芒硝和NaOH作为早强剂对胶凝材料的早期强度作用显著,生石灰和脱硫灰渣对胶凝材料的28d强度作用显著;增加石灰和灰渣掺入量,对提高充填体的强度效果并不是十分显著。对正交分析结果进行回归优化,最终获得了胶凝材料最佳配比:芒硝10%、NaOH 1%、脱硫灰渣20%、石灰5%、铁矿渣64%,此研究为金川铜尾渣和脱硫灰利用提供了理论依据。An orthogonal experimental investigation was conducted to study the proportion of new cementing materials,by using Jinchuan copper slag and desulfurization ash as activator and rad mill as fine aggregate,under the cement-sand ratio of 1∶4and weight concentration of 78%.After determining the uniaxial compressive strength of samples in 3,7,28 days,how copper slag,desulfurization ash and early strength agent's activity influencing on the compressive strength was studied.The results revealed that as an inert solid waste without potential activity,Jinchuan copper slag can be used as filling material.Sodium sulfate and sodium hydroxide had an outstanding effect on early compressive strength,lime and desulfurization ash influenced significantly on 28 dcompressive strength,but increasing the incorporation of lime and ash was unavailable to improve the compressive strength.Furthermore,after regression optimization on the analyzed results,the optimum proportion was obtained as follows,sodium sulfate of 10%,sodium hydroxide of 1%,desulfurization ash of 20%,lime of 5%,and iron slag of64%.This study provided a theoretical basis for the utilization of Jinchuan copper slag and desulphurization ash.
