摘  要:基于目前膏体充填材料来源单一和城市建筑垃圾日益增多的现象,提出将两者复合为一项系统工程的构想。在煤矸石破碎系统基础之上,优化设计了建筑垃圾专用煤矿破碎系统,进而通过研究3种来源不同的建筑垃圾再生骨料性质,并与煤矸石骨料作对比,最后配制成膏体进行测试。结果表明:建筑垃圾再生骨料各项基本物理性质的离散性很大,不同来源的建筑垃圾膏体基本符合煤矿膏体充填的性能要求,其塌落度为18~23cm,8h和28d最大抗压强度分别达到0.17MPa和3.82MPa,但是,混凝土类的框架结构建筑垃圾膏体各项性能优于砖混类的建筑垃圾膏体。Aiming at the simplex source of paste filling material and increase of urban construction waste,a systematic engineering combining above two was proposed.The construction waste crushing process of filling was optimized based on the gangue crushing process.Then the properties of three kinds of recycled aggregate were studied and compared with gangue aggregate.Finally,these three wastes were compounded as paste for tests.The results showed that the physical properties of the construction wastes ranged widely,and all the paste could meet the requirement of filling.The collapsed slump ranged from 18 cm to 23 cm and the highest compressive strength of 8hand 28 drespectively reached to 0.17 MPa and 3.82 MPa.However,the properties of concrete structures of construction waste were better than that of brick-mixed structures.
