摘 要:介绍了锂辉石矿的选矿研究现状,对其选矿工艺流程、浮选捕收剂、调整剂以及锂辉石与浮选药剂作用机理的现状及发展趋势作了详细阐述,指出锂辉石选矿应加大重液、重介质等选矿工艺的研究,寻找合适的重液、重介质以提高锂辉石的选别效益;对于复杂锂辉石矿,联合选矿法已成为锂辉石选矿工艺的发展趋势。在浮选药剂的开发过程中,要注重药剂的高效性,探究组合药剂的影响,研制锂辉石小分子调整剂,并采用量子化学和分子动力学模拟的研究方法,深入了解锂辉石矿与药剂相互作用的机理,指导锂辉石浮选新药剂的合成与开发。The study status of spodumene beneficiation was introduced,and the situation and development trend of processing flowsheet,flotation collectors,modifier and the mechanism of flotation reagents were elaborated.Spodumene beneficiation was suggested to focus on researches on the mineral processing such as dense liquid separation and dense medium separation,and to find out the suitable dense liquid and dense medium for enhancing the beneficiation efficiency.For complex spodumene mine,the joint dressing process has become the development trend of spodumene beneficiation process.During the developing process of flotation reagent,attention should be paid to high efficiency of the reagent,the influence of the joint reagent and development of small molecule modifiers of spodumene.Quantum Chemistry and Molecular Dymamics Simulation were applied to further study the interaction mechanism of spodumene with flotation reagent,so as to guide the synthesis and development of new reagents.
