摘  要:对山东唐口煤矿的两预冷机组制冷能效较低的问题进行了故障分析和诊断,指出冷却水水质较差及冷凝器水侧结垢严重是导致机组制冷量及制冷能效较低的原因。结合该矿实际,对两预冷机组进行物理清洗后采用一拖二的胶球在线自动清洗装置,运行结果表明,两预冷机组制冷量、制冷系数分别提高94%、40.6%及20.7%、31.2%,冷水出口水温分别为10.5℃和4.9℃,单位制冷量耗电量分别降低28.9%与24.0%,达到设计要求。Aimed at the low COP of the double-precooling units in Tangkou Coal Mine,the faults were diagnosed and analyzed.The quality of the cooling water and fouling in the condensers were pointed as the major reasons for poor cooling capacity and low COP.According to the conditions of the mine,physical cleaning was put forward on the double precooling units at first,and then one-driving-two automatic online cleaning device with rubber balls was adopted for further cleaning.The operating results showed that the cooling capacity and COP respectively increased by 94%,40.6% and20.7%,31.2%,the outlet temperatures of the chilled water were 10.5℃ and 4.9℃,and the electricity consumption of the unit cooling capacity decreased by 28.9% and 24.0%,which met the design requirements.
