摘  要:溜井全景扫描装置是一种溜井井壁视频图像扫描设备,井深定位系统是溜井全景扫描装置的关键技术之一。该系统将旋转编码器作为数据采集设备,可识别相位计数器响应编码器发出的脉冲信号并对其进行累加,通过串口通信与数据处理系统进行数据交互,系统采用MODBUS_RTU通信协议实现数据处理系统与计数器的报文传输,经过数据处理得到视频采集箱采集到视频图像的精确位置。在武钢矿业公司的季度检修中,将配有本系统的溜井全景扫描装置应用于阶段溜井的井壁检测,应用结果表明,该定位系统能够精确确定溜井井壁损坏位置,为溜井井壁的修复处理工作提供依据。Depth positioning was one of the key technologies in the orepass panoramic scanning device,which was a video and image scanning equipment.Rotary encoder was used as the data acquisition device.Identifiable phase counter responded the encoder pulse information and gathered the count of the encoder,then realized data interaction with data processing system by serial communication.And the message transmission between them was based on MODBUS_RTU protocol.Finally,the precise location of the videos and images collected by the video collection probe could be acquired by data processing.The orepass panoramic scanning device which equipped with this system was applied to the orepass wall detection in mineral company's quarterly maintenance of Wuhan Iron and Steel Group.The application results showed that this depth positioning system could accurately locate the position of the orepass wall failure and provide the basis for the repair of orepass wall.
