摘 要:倒置A2/O工艺具有良好的脱氮除磷的效能,活性污泥性能是其稳定运行关键因素。采用接种法培养污泥,选取了间歇和连续两种不同的换水方式,比较两种换水方式得到的污泥性能及对污染物(COD、NH3-N、TP)的去除速率。实验结果表明,第40 d时,间歇换水对COD、NH3-N、TP去除速率常数均达到最大值,分别为-0.489 1,-7.253和-2.309,连续换水对污染物去除速率常数分别为-0.490 9,-9.814和-2.209,41~55 d污染物去除速率常数有波动。两种换水方式得到的污泥MLSS随着培养时间的增加而增加,微生物相观测良好,原生和后生动物均较多,间歇换水培养方式更利于倒置A2/O工艺的启动。High removal ratio of nitrogen and phosphorous was in inverted A^2/O process,and the performance of activated sludge was the key to the stable operation. The intermittent and continuous changing water ways were employed to domestication activated sludge by inoculation,and the comparison of sludge performance and the removal rate of pollutants( COD,NH3-N and TP) were discussed. The results show that the removal rates of COD,NH3-N and TP in the intermittent changing water way all achieved the peak value on the 40 th day,and were- 0. 489 1,- 7. 253 and- 2. 309,respectively. However,the removal rates of COD,NH3-N and TP in the continuous changing water way all achieved the peak value on the 40 th day,and were- 0. 490 9,- 9. 814 and- 2. 209,respectively. The removal rates of pollutants had fluctuation in the following 15 d. MLSS increased with the increase of culture time,and good microbial morphology( many protozoan and metazoan) was observed. The intermittent changing water way was more good to the startup of inverted A^2/O process.
