GC法测定鱼金注射液中甲基正壬酮含量的不确定度评价

摘　　要：探讨鱼金注射液中甲基正壬酮含量的不确定度评价方法。建立评价气相色谱法测定鱼金注射液含量不确定度的数学模型,对测定中的各影响因素进行考察。结果表明,甲基正壬酮的扩展不确定度为0.051 4,含量测定结果为(15.46±0.051 4)μg/m L。测量不确定度所建立的计算方法实用、可靠,对鱼金注射液质量标准研究具有重要意义。To evaluate uncertainty for the content of the methylnonylketone in Yujin injection. The uncertainty mathematical model is established based on the content of Yujin injection by GC; Studied the factors which could influence the determination. The result showed that the extended uncertainty of methylnonylketone is 0. 051 4,the content of the methylnonylketone is（ 15. 46 ± 0. 051 4） μg/m L. The method is practical and reliable. It can be used for evaluating the uncertainty of the drugs by GC.
