摘 要:以滤油机为实验平台构建在线污染度监测系统,通过在线污染度检测仪对25#变压器油在滤油机中的运行情况进行实时检测并与油品污染度检测仪器及库伦水分仪进行对比。结果表明,在变压器油乳化状态下,离线检测油样的污染度要比在线监测要准确得多,而在线监测油样含水量与离线检测偏差保持在±6%以内;在变压器油非乳化状态下,在线监测油样的颗粒数与离线检测的结果保持在±20%以内,污染度等级基本保持一致,而含水量的结果仍保持在±6%以内。Construct an on-line contamination monitoring system based on the experimental platform of oil filter and detect the real-time running conditions of 25# transformer oil in the oil filter through the on-line pollution degree detector. Also the comparison test is taken in the oil pollution degree detection instruments and Kulun moisture meter. The results show that,pollution degree off-line detection of oil samples is much more accurate than on-line monitoring in the condition of oil emulsification,however,the deviation between on-line monitoring and off-line detecting of water content in oil remains within 6%; in the state of no oil emulsification in transformer,particle number of oil sample results between off-line and on-line monitoring keep within 20%,while contamination level remain essentially the same,and the results of moisture content remained at less than 6%.
