Strength Performance of Nickle Slag Cemented Backfill Body under Dynamic and Static Loads

摘  要:对水淬二次镍渣胶结的充填体试件进行了动静加载状态下的强度特性试验研究。研究结果表明:随着胶砂比的增大,充填体试件的静态抗压强度和动态抗压强度都有不同程度的提高;但在动态加载状态下,充填体试件的抗压强度明显高于静态条件;在胶砂比为1∶4时,充填体28d的抗压强度,动态加载条件下比静态加载条件下高57%,抗拉强度高72%,动态抗剪强度高127%。在动态荷载条件下,充填体试件抗拉强度和抗剪强度的增加趋势相比抗压强度增加更为明显。Experimental researches under dynamic and static loads were carried out on the strength performance of cemented backfilling bodies which were mainly cemented by waterquenched secondary nickel slag.The results showed that both static and dynamic compressive strength rose with the increase of cement-sand ratio.And the compressive strength for the same group of specimens in the dynamic loading conditions was significantly higher than that at the static loads.The compressive strength of 28 dcemented backfilling bodies at dynamic loads was 57% higher than that at the static loads under the cement-sand ratio at 1∶4.Subsequently,the tensile strength was 72% higher and shearing strength was127% higher. And the increasing tendency of tensile strength and shearing strength for these specimens were more obvious than compressive strength at the dynamic loading conditions.
