摘 要:针对谦比希铜矿急倾斜层状破碎矿岩基本性质,基于传统锚固和裂隙注浆理论,采用将裂隙注浆工艺融入长锚索安装工艺中的锚注一体支护技术,控制了上盘围岩的冒落,改善了采矿作业的贫化、损失指标。工业实验表明,在注浆压力0.6 MPa,水灰比0.4时,水泥浆液沿急倾斜裂隙向下扩散范围可达10m左右,减少上盘围岩冒落约40%,采场矿石损失率降低12.2个百分点,贫化率减小,提高出矿品位0.06个百分点。Focus on the characteristic of steeply layered broken rock of Chambishi Copper Mine,the bolt-grouting support technology was adopted based on the traditional anchorage and fracture grouting theory.The art of fracture grouting was integrated into the cable installation in this technology.Thereby,the falling of hanging wall rocks was controlled and the mining loss and dilution rates were improved.Industrial experiments results showed that under the grouting pressure at 0.6MPa and water cements ratio at 0.4,the cements slurry can diffuse 10 mdownward along the deeply inclined joint,the falling of hanging wall rock would reduce by 40%,the ore loss rate could decrease by 12.2percent,the dilution rate might decline,and the mining grade of ore could increase by 0.06 percent.
