摘 要:以某露天转地下开采为例,采用FLAC3D模拟分析露天坑泥沙层厚度对境界矿柱安全性的影响。结果表明,充填回采过程中采场顶板上方形成平衡拱效应,第7步回填时顶板开始出现拉伸破坏,立柱由于主应力叠加而产生剪切破坏。同时,顶板最大主应力、最小主应力均在第6步至第7步的回填过程中发生突变。应变分析进一步表明,第6步为境界矿柱安全回填临界点,此时泥沙层临界厚度为105m。The FLAC3 Dsoftware was adopted to simulate and analyze influences of sediment layer on boundary pillar safety during the transition from open pit into underground mining.Results showed that an equilibrium arch effect was formed above the stope roof during the backfilling.A tensile failure was detected within the roof during the 7th backfill,while a shear failure was observed within the pillar due to the principal stress accumulation.Simultaneously,the maximum and minimum principal stresses of roof increased dramatically from the 6th to the 7th backfill.In addition,the strain analysis indicated that the 6th filling was the critical step for boundary pillar safety,and the critical sediment thickness was 105 m.
