摘  要:为适应溜井直径大,井内粉尘多、空气湿度大和无光源的特点,自主研发了垂直溜井全景扫描成像装置。该装置自带光源,基于高清晰工业摄像头实现成像,采用千兆网路进行信息传输,通过自锁绞盘控制卷筒实现提升,采用高分辨率旋转编码器实现井深定位。在金山店铁矿停产检修中,使用该装置进行主溜井检测,得到了从-410 m卸矿口至-480m放矿口之间溜井井壁的360°图像。直观地查明了溜井不同深度的井壁磨损、破坏程度,为金山店铁矿溜井安全生产与维修方案制定提供了科学可靠的图像数据。The vertical ore-pass panoramic scanning imaging device was developed for adapting to the characteristics of large diameter,more dust,humid air and no light source in ore-pass.With private light source,the device realized imaging based on the high definition camera,transmitted information by Gigabit Ethernet,achieved hoist by self-locking winch to control the drum,and adopted high-resolution rotary encoder for depth localization.During the maintenance shutdown of Jinshandian iron mine,the device was applied to monitor the main ore-pass.The 360°panoramic images of main ore-pass wall between-410mand-480 m were obtained,which reflected varying degrees of wear or damage at the different depth of main ore-pass wall.It provided scientific image data for the ore-pass production safety and maintenance scheme in Jinshandian iron mine.
