摘  要:针对行业标准SY/T5108-2006中抗破碎能力测试方法不适用于树脂覆膜支撑剂的问题,建立了适合的检测方法,将抗破碎承压试验后的样品置于600℃下烧蚀2h将树脂层去掉,再进行骨料筛分。并通过90℃、2%KCl溶液中浸泡24h后进行抗破碎能力测试,模拟了湿态下石英砂和树脂覆膜支撑剂的抗破碎能力测试,同时还进行了显微镜观察及导流能力测试,辅助分析认为石英砂经树脂完整覆膜后可以大大改善其抗压强度和导流能力(70MPa下850-425μm的树脂覆膜支撑剂导流能力可达到30μm2·cm)。A specially new method was established for the resin coated proppant crushing resistance test. Because the SY/T5108--2006 standard was established for silica sand and ceramicite. Put the prop- pant sample affer pressure testing in the muffle furnace of 600℃ for 2 hours, to remove the effect of resin layer, then sieve and calculate the amount of proppant crushed. And other test methods have been estab-lished, put proppant into 90℃, 2%KCl solution for 24 hours, and then carry out crushing resistance tests. To simulate the silica sand and reisin coated proppant crushed uder wet condition. At the same time carried out microscope observation experiment and fracture conductivity test. Statistics indicate that completely coated silica proppant had better crush--resistance strength and better fracture conductivity than silica sand (at the stress of 70 MPa, fracture conductivity of 850--425μm resin coated proppant could achieve 30μm^2 · cm).
