摘  要:介绍了液化气脱硫醇碱渣减排技术工业化应用情况。液化气脱硫醇碱渣减排技术是使用液化气纤维液膜脱硫醇及碱液高效再生工艺(LiFT-HR工艺),工业装置运行结果表明,LiFT-HR工艺含硫碱渣年排放量不大于126t,与国内、外同类产品比较,下降60-80%;每年减少碱渣排放量200-630t,降低环保处理费用16-50万元(按碱渣处理费800元/t计算),节约碱液购买费用约10-32万元(按纯碱费用2500元/t计算)。液化气脱硫醇碱渣减排技术工业化应用可降低企业环保处理压力,提升企业环保效益,增加企业的社会美誉度。Industrial application of caustic sludge emission reduction of LPG sweetening technology is introduced. The technology uses LPG fiber film sweetening and high efficient lye regeneration process (LiFT--HR processes). Plant operation results show that, caustic sludge with sulfur emissions of LIFT-- HR processes are not more than 126 tons/y and 60--80 percent lower than domestic and foreign similar products; annual caustic sludge emissions reduction ranges from 200 to 630 tons, which reduces environ- mental treatment cost 160--500 thousand (by caustic sludge treatment cost 800 Yuan/ton) and saves the lye purchase cost about 100--320 thousand (by soda cost 2500 Yuan/ton). Industrial application of caustic sludge emission reduction of LPG sweetening technology relieves the corporate environmental pressure, enhances corporate environmental benefits and increases corporate social reputation.
