摘　　要：姬塬油田黄3区长8油藏由于储层物性差,非均质性强,在开发过程中存在着注采层位不完善,注水井吸水不均,水驱动用程度低,地层能量不足等问题制约着区块的高效开发。本文针对黄3区在注水开发中的矛盾,对影响油田稳产的主控因素进行了探讨,在此基础上提出了相应的开发对策,并将这些研究成果进行了现场试验,取得了较好的效果。此项研究对于指导同类油藏的开发管理具有一定的借鉴意义。Due to the poor reservoir properties and strong heterogeneity ,there are many problems in the development process of The Chang 8 reservoir of Huang 3 block in JiYuan Oilfield , such as water flooding layer and production layer is not perfect ,uneven water absorption of injection wells ,poor water flooding and inadequate formation energy, which restricts the efficient development of the block. In this paper, for the problems of the development,the main factors which Influence the effect of oilfield development in the Chang 8 reservoir of Huang 3 block are discussed ,and the rational development countermeasures are put forward latterly ; finally, we have carried on the field test results of these studies , which achieved good results, This research has certain reference significance for the development of similar reservoir management guidance.
