摘  要:本文采用离子色谱仪,建立了一种准确测定水泥浆混合水中氯离子含量的测定方法。样品的前处理条件是:在碱性介质中高温焙烧法除去样品中带色有机物,以消除其对色谱柱的污染和对分析数据准确度的干扰,再用热水浸取灰化物,经过滤、定容后制备成待测溶液。最后采用离子色谱法测定水泥浆混合水中氯离子含量。在最佳实验条件下,方法的检出限为0.01mg/L,在1.0~40.0mg/L浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为r^2=0.9993。加标回收率均在98%~100%,相对标准偏差(RSD)是1.5~2.5%(n=6)。经实验表明,本方法能较准确地测定水泥浆混合水中氯离子含量。A method is presented to determine the content of the chlorine ion in mixed waters of cement slurry based on ion chromatography. In order to eliminate the poUution to chromatographic column and impact on the determination of the interference, we use sodium hydroxide as solvent, after high temperature calcination to.remove organic matter with color components. A, with hot water extraction content of chloride ions in ash, the capacity after the filter with ion chromatography determination of the c/hlorine ion content. Under the optimum experimental conditions, the detection limit of this method was 0. 01 mg/L. The linear range was from 1 to 40 mg/L with r^2 = 0. 9993. The average recoveries were between 98% and 100%. The relative standard (RSD) was from 1.5% to 2.5 %. The developed method is truly applicable for analysis of the content of chloride ion in mixed waters of cement slurry.
