摘 要:泥页岩井壁失稳一直是钻井工程中还未得到彻底解决的世界难题,井壁失稳不仅会延长钻井周期,而且还会提高钻井成本,因此对井壁坍塌机理的研究具有重要意义。泥页岩井壁稳定性可以从化学和力学两个方面进行研究,化学方面可以通过分析岩石的组构和理化性能,为防塌钻井液的抑制性设计提供依据;而力学方面通过测井资料计算岩石的力学性能,例如弹性模量、泊松比、内摩擦角、抗拉强度等,进而确定钻井液的安全密度窗口。The Shale drilling wellbore instability has been the the world's problems that has not yet completely solved, Wellbore instability will not only extend the drilling cycle, but also increase the cost of drilling, so it is of great significance to study the mechanism of wall collapse. Shale wellbore stability can be studied from both chemical and mechanical aspects, through analyze the fabric and physical and chemical properties of rocks ,it can provide the basis information to design the suppressing anti-sloughing drilling fluid;in the mechanical aspect, it can calculate the mechanical properties of the rock through logging data, Such as elastic modulus, Poisson's ratio, internal friction angle, tensile strength, etc, and by calculating the data ,the purpose is to calculate the safety density window.
