摘 要:由图34、图35、图36和图37的数据分析,可知:从冷流体进口端到热流体进口端之间,在热流体雷诺数增大(1905.044-23101.71)过程中,l=0.9时:热流体温度增加10.8℃(温32.3-43.1℃),l=0.7时:热流体温度增加10.1℃(温33.8-43.9℃),l=0.5时:热流体温度增加9.2℃(温35.4-44.6℃),l=0.1时:热流体温度仅增加7.2℃(温38.8-46.0℃);l=0.9时:壁面温度增加12.4℃(温15.7-28.1℃),l=0.7时:壁面温度增加13.6℃(温17.5—31.1℃),l=0.5时:壁面温度增加14.9℃(温19.3—34.2℃),l=0.1时:壁面温度增加17.3℃(温22.9—40.2℃);1=0.9时:冷流体温度增加-0.1℃(温11.4—11.3℃),l=0.7时:冷流体温度增加1.2℃(温11.8—13.0℃),l=0.5时:冷流体温度增加2.5℃(温12.2—14.7℃),l=0.1时:Recuperative liquid-liquid heat exchange experiment is one of most important Unit Operation in chemical industry production,and its understanding,cognizing,mastering and developing also are important researches in Chemical Engineering.Some basic issues in Chemical Engineering have been discussed using experimental data and Computer Aided Simulation for this unit operation in this paper;Its informization methods and process are also studied;and Simultaneously,the effects of Lorentz force on convective heat transfer had been discussed for the macroscopic fluid.
