摘 要:为解决新疆高钠煤在燃烧利用过程中引起的结渣和沾污等问题,研发了一种洗涤溶液且对该溶液脱除新疆高钠煤中钠效果以及脱钠过程中钠存在形式进行了评估实验。结果表明:中国新疆高钠煤中的钠主要以水溶钠为主,有机钠和不可溶钠含量较少。工艺条件对脱钠效果的影响因煤种而有所不同。水溶钠的脱除主要与洗涤溶液用量和温度有关;粒径的减小和温度的提高能促进高钠煤中有机钠的扩散。在合适的工艺条件下高钠煤中大部分水溶钠和大约1/2有机钠被脱除,钠脱除效率达到50%以上。In order to overcome heavy slagging and fouling on heating surface during the combustion of the high sodium coals from Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,a method for sodium removal from high-sodium coals using a washing solution was presented. The effects of coal particle size,washing medium amount,washing time,and temperature on the sodium removal from high-sodium coals and the existence form of sodium during its sodium removal process were discussed. The results indicate that the sodium exists in the coals mainly in the form of water-soluble sodium,while the proportions of acid-soluble sodium and insoluble sodium are comparatively smaller. The effects of the processing conditions on the sodium removal from high-sodium coals differ from coal types. The washing medium amount and temperature have great influences on the removal of water-soluble sodium,while the decrease of particle size and the increase of temperature can facilitate the diffusion of organic sodium. After the treatment with right processing conditions,most of water-soluble sodium and about half of organic sodium are removed and the sodium removal efficiency is higher than50%.
