摘　　要：利车辆超限监控系统自动对进入检测区域的车辆轴数、高度和载重进行检测、显示,并根据车型不同判断超限情况,发出报警。系统上位机采用Kingview6.55设计人机界面,下位机选用S7-200PLC完成控制功能的,文中详细介绍使用PLC模拟量输入模块EM235实现A/D转换的方法及Kingview6.55中A/D转换数据的定义方法,检测结果准确、直观,具有较高可行性。The vehicle overload monitoring system is able to automatically detect and display the number of axle, height and load to the vehicle into detection area, and judge the overload case according to the different of models and give a warning at the same time. The system upper computer use Kingview6.55 to design the Human Machine Interaction, lower computer use S7-200 to complete the control functions. This paper detailed introduce the method of using PLC analog input module EM235 to realize A/D conversion and the method of data definitions in Kingview6.55.The results are accurate and intuitive, the system has feasibility.
