摘 要:称重计量已成为人们生活、工业生产中必不可少的环节。为了满足市场上对于称重计量的不同需求,采用嵌入式技术,设计一种新型多功能智能称重仪,并对特殊功能称重算法进行研究,实现台称基本称重功能的同时,还能进行动物称重、计数、峰值保持和累加等特殊功能称重。实验结果表明,该系统可在不同功能方式下快速精确测量所需的参数,普通称重方式下,平均误差在0.25%以内;动物称重方式下,平均误差在0.4%左右;计数称重方式下,平均误差为0.6%;峰值称重方式下,平均误差可达0.16%。Weighing metrology has become indispensable in people's life and industrial production. In order to meet the demand of market for weighing metrology, using the embedded technology, designing a new type of multi-functional intelligent weighing device, and researching on the special function weighting algorithm.The method not only can achieve the basic weighing function, but also can achieve the special function weighting,like weighing, counting, keeping peak and accumulating.The experimental results show that the system can be quickly and accurately measure the required parameters in different functions, In the ordinary weighing mode, the average error is within 0.25%; In the annimal weighing method, the average error is around 0.4%; In the counting weighing method, average error is 0.6%,In the peak weighing mode, the average error of 0.16%.
