摘 要:从系统成熟度相关概念的内涵和发展出发,在单项技术成熟度评估的基础上,结合技术集成成熟度评估,建立了大型武器装备子系统技术成熟度和系统成熟度评估模型,并综合考虑成本与进度约束,提出了优化算法。系统成熟度不仅考虑到关键技术的成熟度,还注重不同子系统功能之间的联系,包含各子系统之间的集成情况及全系统的成熟状态,可以为武器装备发展决策提供依据,有效降低武器装备的技术风险。The concept and development of system readiness assessment( SRA) were discussed. Based on the technology readiness assessment( TRA) of individual technology and integration readiness assessment( IRA),the models of the sub- systems TRA and SRA were established. The optimization algorithm was proposed under the constraint condition of the cost and schedule. SRA contains not only the maturity of the critical technology element( CTE),but also the relation and integration of the sub- systems and the readiness station of the system. It can provide references for decision making and reduce the development risk effectively.
