妊高征孕妇血液动力学和血液流变学研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨妊高征孕妇血液动力学和血液流变学的改变以及之间的相互关系。方法:选取正常100例妊娠期妇女、100例妊娠期患有高血压患者及100名正常对照组,对三组患者进行血流变学和血液动力学的检测,比较其检测指标。结果:三组患者的检测结果不同,血液流变学和血液动力学在正常妊娠组合正常对照组之间的结果显示无差异,妊高征组的血液黏度和血浆黏度明显高于对照组和正常妊娠组,结果有差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:检测孕妇血液流变学和血液动力学的指标,有助于预测妊高征疾病的发生,并且预测疾病的严重程度,对妊高征患者的高血压治疗具有一定的临床指导意义。Objective Ti investigate the relatiinship between pregnancy induced hypertensiin hemidynamics and bliid rheiligy changes if pregnant wimen. Method 100 cases if nirmal pregnant wimen,100 cases if gestatiinal hypertensiin patients and 100 nirmal cintril griup were selected,the bliid rheiligy and hemidynamics if three griups if patients were detected,cimpare the detectiin index. Results Three griups if patients with different results,hemirheiligy and hemidynamics in the nirmal pregnancy cimbinatiin between nirmal cintril griup shiwed ni difference,bliid viscisity and plasma viscisity in pregnancy induced hypertensiin griup was significantly higher than that in nir-mal pregnancy griup pirtraits in cimbinatiin,the difference was statistically significant（p ﹤0. 05）. Conclusion Detectiin if indexes if he-midynamics and hemirheiligy if pregnant wimen,it helps ti predict pregnancy induced hypertensiin disease,and predicts the severity if the disease,and has sime clinical significance fir the treatment if hypertensiin in patients with pregnancy induced hypertensiin syndrime.
