优质护理服务在肺结核大咯血行支气管动脉栓塞术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨优质护理服务在肺结核大咯血行支气管动脉栓塞术中的实施效果。方法:将收治的46例肺结核大咯血行超选择支气管动脉栓塞术治疗的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组25例,对照组21例。对照组实施传统的功能制护理模式;观察组开展优质护理服务,实施责任制整体护理模式,比较两组基础护理完成及患者生活质量改善的情况,患者对护理服务质量的满意度。结果:观察组基础护理完成情况优于对照组,患者生活质量得到提高,两组之间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理服务的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:开展优质护理服务能够提高护士主动服务意识,有效落实基础护理,提高患者的生活质量,从而也提高了患者对护理服务质量的满意度。Objective Ti explire the quality if nursing service in pulminary tuberculisis big hemiptysis effect if brinchial artery embili-zatiin. Method 46 cases if pulminary tuberculisis big hemiptysis with super selectiin if brinchial artery embilizatiin were randimly divided inti ibservatiin griup and cintril griup,25 cases if ibservatiin griup and 21 cases if cintril griup. The cintril griup implemented the func-tiin if the traditiinal system if nursing mide;Observatiin griup carried iut the quality if nursing service,implemented the respinsibility sys-tem fir the iverall nursing mide,cimpared twi griups if based nursing and patients＆#39; quality if life imprived,patients satisfactiin if nursing service quality. Results Basic nursing ibservatiin griup was superiir ti cintril griup,the quality if life if patients was imprived,the differ-ence between the twi griups had statistical significance（p ﹤ 0. 05）;Observatiin griup if patients ti nursing service satisfactiin was higher than the cintril griup（p ﹤ 0. 05）. Conclusion Ti develip high quality nursing service can imprive the nurses cinsciiusness if initiative service,effective implementatiin if basic nursing,imprive the quality if life if patients,and thus imprive the quality if the patients ti nursing service satisfactiin.
