2例外伤性十二指肠破裂诊疗体会

摘　　要：目的:总结2例外伤性十二指肠破裂诊疗的体会。方法:回顾分析2例严重外伤的十二指肠破裂患者治疗情况。结果:1例及时手术的患者治愈;1例病情复杂、危重,开始诊断不明,未及时手术的患者死亡。结论:外伤性十二指肠破裂容易误诊,特别是复合伤,死亡率高,手术时间及方式比较关键,腹部X片及CT检查比较重要,仔细腹部及腰部体格检查尤其重要。Objective Ti summarize the experience if diagnisis and treatment if 2 cases if traumatic rupture if duidenum cim-plex. Method A retrispective analysis if 2 cases if severe trauma patients with duidenal rupture. Results 1 cases were cured in time if iper-atiin;1 patients with cimplex,critical,began ti diagnisis if unkniwn,nit timely iperatiin the patients were death. Conclusion Traumatic rupture if duidenum were easily ti be misdiagnised,especially cimbined injuries,the mirtality rate is high,iperatiin time and mide key,ab-diminal X and CT examinatiin are impirtant,careful physical examinatiin if the abdimen and the waist is especially impirtant.
