摘 要:介绍几种管棒材矫直设备的工艺及特点。管材矫直机主要有六辊和十辊矫直机,精密钢管矫直通常采用弯曲矫直与压扁矫直的复合矫直方案,其辊形较长的双曲线可以增加矫直辊表面与管材的接触面积,且矫直次数越多矫直后直线度越高。二辊和九辊棒材矫直机,都是利用上下倾斜的矫直辊交错布置,使得棒材在矫直辊的摩擦带动下旋转前进,产生塑性弯曲变形从而实现矫直。比较管材与棒材矫直机在辊形与辊系布置方面的技术特点及差异。指出矫直机的高精密化和自动化是迫切需要解决的难题。To introduce the process and characteristics of several tube and bar straightening device. Tube straightener mainly has six rollers and ten rollers straightener, precision steel tube straightening usually adopts compound straightening scheme of curve straightening and flattening straightening, double curve of long roller can increase contact area of straighte- ner surface and tube, the more straightening time, the higher the straightness after straightening. Two roller and nine roller bar straightener are all alternative arrangement with upper and lower tilted straightener, which make bar rotating move under straightener friction driven, produce plastic bending deformation to realize straightness. The technical characteristics and difference of tube and bar straightener in roll shape and roll system arrangement are compared, it is pointed that high preci- sion and automation of straightener is an urgent problem needing to solve immediately.
