摘　　要：为降低盐酸酸洗废液对环境造成的污染,根据酸洗废液的成分研制酸洗废盐酸综合回收系统。系统主体设备处理规模为200 kg/h,由雾化焙烧炉、热交换塔、氯化氢气体多效吸收塔、尾气多级净化塔,以及配套的过滤器、旋风除尘器、耐酸泵、清水泵、引风机及贮槽等组成。按综合处理1 200 t/a质量分数约10%的游离盐酸、铁离子质量分数为12%的盐酸酸洗废液计算,其运行成本约118.32万元,综合回收的再生盐酸和铁红价值约186.24万元,年净收益可达67.92万元,达到环保增效目的。In order to reduce environmental pollution caused by hydrochloric acid pickling liquor, according to the compo- nent of pickling liquor, and research pickling waste hydrochloric comprehensive recycling system. System main equipment＇ s management size is 200 kg/h, and consist of atomization roaster, heat exchange tower, HC1 gas multiple effect absorption tower, tail gas multistage purification tower, and matched filter, cyclone dust collector, acid-proof pump, clari- fied water pump,induced draft fan and storage tank etc. To calculate as the comprehensive management 1 200 t/a, free acid mass fraction about 10% , iron ion mass fraction about 12% hydrochloric acid pickling liquor, which operating cost is 1 183 200 RMB; the value of comprehensive recycling hydrochloric acid and iron oxide red is about 1 862 400 RMB, annu- al net income reached to 679 200 RMB, and achieve the purpose of environmental protection efficiency.
